Lemon Honey Recipe, Nimbu Shahad recipe- Jams and Jellies

Lemon Honey Recipe 

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lauki (white pumpkin )
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 100 gm butter

Method

  1. Peel and cut lauki (white pumpkin) then steam it and mash it well.
  2. Add sugar, lemon juice and rind of lemons (finely cut) and butter.
  3. Boil till it thickens stirring well.
  4. Pour into glass jar while hot and seal.
