“Bean Pickle”, “Sahjan ka Achar”, “सहजन का अचार”
Ingredients
- 1 kg. beans
- ½ kg. sugar
- ½ bottle vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Celery seeds
- 1 tbsp turmeric (Haldi powder )
- red chili powder
- salt according to taste
Directions
- Boil beans in salted water.
- Drain out water.
- Boil together vinegar and all the other ingredients for 2 minutes
- Pour this mixture over the beans, mix well and bottle.
