Potato Soup
You will need –
400 gms potatoes, one onion, 6 pepper corns, salt, 2 tsp. cornflour, 1 tblsp. cream, 2 tsp. butter, 4 fried cubes of bread per person (optional)..
Method:
Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook with sliced onion, salt and peppercorns in pressure cooker with a little water. Put through the mixer or strainer to obtain a smooth paste. Melt the butter, add cornflour, fry a little, add water and potato mixture. Adjust the consistency. Bring to a boil and remove. Add cream and serve. Add the bread cubes to each bowl if desired.
