Dill Flavored Curd/Dill Raita
Herbs(dill, aniseed) in this refreshing raita give it a healthy twist.
Directions
- Wash and finely chop up 2 tablespoons each coriander and dill.
- Add to the curds along with salt and red chili powder to taste, 1/2-1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon ground aniseed.
