Aloo/Potato Bhaji
You will need –
- 750 gms potatoes
- 1 cup powder of roasted and peeled peanuts
- 4 green chilies
- 3 tblsp. Ghee
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- salt and chili powder to taste
Method:
- Boil the potatoes. Allow to cool.
- Then peel and cut them in small pieces.
- Heat ghee, add the cumin seeds, and chili pieces.
- When chilies change colour, add the potatoes, fry well.
- Add peanut powder, salt and chili powder, mix well and remove.
