Fried Poppadoms/Papad with Pepper and Coriander

You will need –

  • One small or 1/2 large papad per person
  • Black pepper powder
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves (2 tblsp).

Method:

Cut the papads into 4 pieces each, and deep fry them. Drain on a paper. Sprinkle each piece with pepper and coriander leaves.
