Homemade Sweet Lemon Pickle Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg lemons
- 250 gm sugar
- 50 gm chili powder
- 50 gm salt (you can use black salt)
Method
Cut the lemons in eight pieces, mix with salt and leave overnight. Next day mix with the sugar, tie the jar’s mouth, or the vessel with a cloth and keep in the sun every day for fifteen days or till a thick syrup is formed. Add chili powder, mix well and keep aside.
