Cheese and Papad Rolls
You will need –
- 8 papads
- grated cheese 1 cup
- 24 toothpicks
- oil for frying.
Method :
Wrap the papads in a damp cloth for a few minutes to make them soft, or hold them over boiling water for a few seconds. Cut each papad into three strips. Put a little grated cheese on each strip, roll and fix with a toothpick. Deep fry quickly and drain on a paper.
