Cole Slaw
This salad is ideal in a menu where the rest of the items are on a dryish side and is a very pleasant way of serving a good amount of raw vegetables.
You will need –
One small cabbage (approx. 300 gms), four capsicums, 2 medium sized carrots, 2 tblsp. Mayonnaise, 1 tblsp. vinegar, salt and sugar to taste:
Method :
Mince all the vegetables in the mixer with the mincer attachment or grate on a grater. Add all the other ingredients and run the mixer for a few seconds or mix with a fork thoroughly. Chill.
