Egg Parantha
Ingredients
- Make a mixture of beaten egg
- chopped green chili and coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Method:
- Make a dough of whole wheat flour.
- Roll out two phulkas. Put one on a shallow pan on medium heat.
- Spread some egg mixture on it.
- Lay another phulka on it and press down the edges to close them.
- Shallow fry on both sides till golden and crisp.
