Golden Mango Jam”, “गोल्डन आम का जैम”
Ingredients
- 2 kg ripe mango pulp
- 2 kg Sugar
- Half Lemon
- 1 tbsp Citric acid
Directions:
Whip up mango pulp in a blender with little amount of water. Then cook the pulp in a heavy pan on high flame and when it starts boiling add sugar and stir it well about 5 minutes on low flame. After it add lemon juice of half lemon and stir it again for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame. While this you can add citric acid for long preservation.
The jam is ready and you can pour it into a jar.
