Onion and Mango Chutney
You will need –
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup raw grated mango
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1- 1/2 tblsp. Jiggery
- salt to taste
- 1 tblsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds (optional).
Method:
Fry the onions lightly in very little oil. Grind onion, mango, cumin seeds, salt and chili powder, finally add jaggery and grind again. If you wish, heat the oil, add mustard seeds and pour over chutney.
