Carrot Salad
You will need –
- 400 gms fresh firm carrots
- 2-1/2 Peanut powder (roast, peel and powder the peanuts)
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tblsp. lemon juice
- salt and sugar to taste
- chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Scrape and grate the carrots, removing the centre yellow portion if any. Chop the chilies. Mix all the ingredients well. Garnish with coriander.
