Peanut Pakora, fritters
You will need –
- 2 cups peanuts
- 3/4 cup (gram flour) besan
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- salt, sugar and chili powder to taste
- Oil for frying.
Method:
Soak peanuts for one hour in water. Remove and drain. Mix the two flours, salt, chili powder and powdered sugar. Roll the peanuts thoroughly in this mixture. Deep fry, a handful at a time, and drain on paper.
