Sprouted Green Gram (Moong)
You will need –
- 1 cup of dry moong dal, soaked and sprouted
- 8 petals garlic
- 1- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- Salt and chili powder to taste.
Method:
Pressure cook the moong; take care not to overcook. Add a little water, salt and chili powder. Heat the oil, add mustard seeds, garlic and turmeric, and pour over the Green Gram (moong). Mix and serve. It should be moist without any gravy.
