Sweet Bread Rolls: ब्रेड के मीठे रोल
Recipe of Yummy and easy “Bread ke meethe roll” filled with khoya and dry fruits.
Ingredients (makes about 8 servings):
- Khoya: 120 g
- Sugar (fine): 3–4 tbsp (or according to taste)
- Mixed dry fruits (chopped—dates, almond, raisins, pistachio)
- Bread slices: 7–8
- Milk (for sealing)
- Ghee (for frying)
Instructions:
- Mix the khoya, sugar, and chopped dry fruits thoroughly.
- Gently roll out bread slices and spoon in the khoya mixture. Roll them back up.
- Moisten the edges with a little milk to seal the rolls.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the rolls until they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot — the “bread ke meethe roll’.

- Frying Options: You can shallow fry or pan-fry instead of deep frying, depending on your preference for richness.
- Alternative Fillings: Substitute khoya with mava or even sweetened condensed milk mixed with coconut or nuts.
