Rice Conjee

Ingredients (Serves 4) 

  • 1 cup rice
  • 250 gm shredded chicken
  • 100 gm peas
  • 50 gm shredded mushrooms
  • 100 gm shredded cabbage
  • 2 tsp ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp each of brandy and soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Add 8 cups water to the rice and cook till it is soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cook till thick. This is served usually during breakfast time.

तैयारी

चावल में 8 कप पानी डालें और नरम होने तक पकाएं। बची हुई सामग्री डालकर गाढ़ा होने तक पकाएं। यह आमतौर पर नाश्ते के समय परोसा जाता है।
