Stuffed Chili with Savory Tapioca Pearls and Yogurt Recipe, Bharwan Hari Mirch with Sabudana Dahi Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gm.of chilies of the short, thick skinned variety
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp til seeds (sesame seeds)
- 1/2 tbsp methi (fenugreek) seeds
- 2 tbsp sabudana/sago (Savory Tapioca Pearls)
- 1 cup curd
- Salt
- 1/4 tbsp asafoetida
Method
Remove the stems of the chilies, give one slit from that side, and remove the seeds. Wash the sabudana (Savory Tapioca Pearls) and keep aside. Roast and powder the coriander seeds and til (sesame seeds) seeds. Roast the methi (fenugreek) in a few drops of oil and powder it. When the sabudana is soft, mix all the ingredients with the curds and stuff them in the chilies. Dry them in the sun for three days or till perfectly dry. Store in an airtight jar. Deep fry when you want to serve them.
